Samantha is probably best known for her portrayal of Bernice Blackstock in ITV1’s Emmerdale, a role she has played on and off for over 20 years.
She has also played regular characters in Where The Heart Is, Hollyoaks and most recently Football Fantastics which is available to watch on BBC iplayer. She has a film due out for Christmas this year called The Secret Santa Project.
As well as acting, Samantha has written three children’s books, (The Rosemary Trilogy), the most recent of which, Rosemary and The Witches’ Stone of Camelot, was published in October 2025.
Samantha lives in Liverpool and is a huge cat lover.
