Eoin Canty ★

Eoin was born and raised in Waterford on Ireland’s south coast and has built a varied international career spanning finance, strategy, and executive search. Having lived, studied, and worked in France, the UK, the Netherlands, and the USA, he has been based in London since 2010. A natural linguist, he speaks fluent French alongside his native English, with a strong working knowledge of Spanish.

His connection to performance began at 16, when he appeared as Commander Harbison in a school production of South Pacific at the Theatre Royal in Waterford. While studying at Trinity College Dublin, he was an active member of the Choral Society, and later continued performing with the London Gay Men’s Chorus between 2015 and 2020.

Alongside his professional career, Eoin has hosted webinars on a wide range of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics, bringing clarity and warmth to complex conversations.

Encouraged over the years by frequent compliments on his voice, Eoin began exploring voice work more seriously—initially recording a commercial for Vodafone in the Irish market through connections at Grey. More recently, he has refined his craft with coaching from the Showreel team in London.

Eoin’s voice is smooth, relaxed, and engaging, with the versatility to shift from expressive and energetic to calm, reassuring, and authoritative. His range lends itself naturally to commercials, corporate narration, documentaries, and e-learning.
