The Agency

Voiceover Specialists & Management

Est 2020

SN Voices (aka SNV) was founded at the end of 2020 — yes, right in the middle of Covid. That unexpected pause gave founder Simone Nylander the opportunity to reflect on where she wanted to take her career. With the world in lockdown and everything at a standstill, it made perfect sense for her to use the time to make a few signature ‘Nylander adjustments.’

Simone knew she wanted to continue her career as a voiceover agent. She's passionate about discovering emerging and established voices — from fresh talent to highly marketable names — and thrives on playing a pivotal role in the casting process. Her appetite for all things “agent-related” has always been her driving force. With years of experience under her belt, it was only natural for Simone to launch her own voiceover agency, where she could selectively handpick a range of voice talent to form what’s now known as the SNV Family roster.

And so, during lockdown, SN Voices – Voiceover Specialists & Management was born. Based in central London, SNV is a one-stop, exclusive agency and boutique enterprise representing a vibrant mix of talent: from actors, spoken word artists, comedians, singers, and models to presenters and commentators — all ready to step behind the mic for a wide range of recording projects.

SN Voices is also proudly partnered with Nylander★Shaw, an agency representing UK and international talent in the theatrical sphere.

Whether you're casting for a commercial, documentary, animation/video game, audiobook, promo, corporate video, eLearning module, ADR session — or anything else in the world of voiceover — the SNV team is passionate about finding the perfect voice for your production.

Take a listen to our roster of talent. We’d love to help bring your project to life.

Simone Nylander

SN Voices Founder

Simone Nylander began her career in front of the camera as a child actress, best known for playing the role of Janet St. Claire — famously known as “Rolaaaand!” — in the legendary children’s television series Grange Hill, created by renowned television producer and scriptwriter Phil Redmond.

Although she gained early experience on screen and was exposed to the behind-the-scenes world from a young age, it was during this time that Simone discovered her true passion lay in production and working behind the camera.

With over a decade of experience as a voiceover agent and producer at some of the UK and US's leading agencies, Simone has cast for commercials, radio, theatre, and film. Her work spans the representation of high-profile talent across film and drama, TV and entertainment, comedy, music, and radio.

She previously led the voiceover division at the YMU Group (formerly James Grant/Rabbit). Before entering the voiceover industry, Simone worked in television production and entertainment, including at Simon Fuller's company, 19 Entertainment (now XIX Entertainment). She also contributed extensively to production and development at Channel 4 and the BBC, working on everything from directing documentaries to series producing.

Simone has introduced some of the most recognisable and creative talent to the agencies she has worked with and remains deeply committed to nurturing new and diverse voices in the industry.

With over 30 years of experience in top-tier agencies, Simone is known for her versatility and collaborative approach. She works across the full spectrum of the industry — from direct-to-brand campaigns and advertising agencies to TV networks, production houses, commercial campaigns, cinema, and radio. She has a natural flair for problem-solving and is adept at delivering strong production value within project constraints, always keeping both the agency and client’s needs in focus.

Simone currently runs SN Voices, a boutique voiceover agency she founded in 2020.
