Carol Ann Ellis ★

Carol has a regional accent having grown up in Stoke, Staffordshire; and is based between London and the West Midlands. She is also half-Scottish.

After training at East 15 Acting School, Carol gained screen, stage and commercial credits, including McMafia (BBC) and Mercedes Benz. Her comedy graduation showcase scene was selected as The Stage’s ‘Experts Choice’ award.

Carol recently performed her verbatim ‘Dog Monologues’ in Manchester and London, using her excellent ear for accents, to convey comical encounters while working for a Dog Charity call centre.

Carol’s earliest memory of performing was to her mum and dad in a school show at the New Vic Theatre, making sure her voice could be heard by them in the balcony
