Helena Little

Since training at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Helena’s acting roles have been varied to say the least, from low-life bank robber to Lady Windermere herself with lashings of doctors, lawyers, mums (now grandmothers!) and business women in between. And this eclectic mix of roles has only increased since developing her audio career. From her home studio in southwest London, Helena has produced numerous audiobooks which now grace Audible's e-shelves. This work has given her a wealth of experience in voice acting and technique as well as teaching her the technical side of recording, editing and mastering.

Helena’s natural voice is a standard RP, which can drift up or down both in levels of poshness and age! She has a clear, believable style and is good at sounding natural and trustworthy. Her voice is a good fit where a professional read is required that's warm and engaging. She is also good for the genuine, authentic style read, like a person on the doorstep.

As Helena’s demos show, she is perfectly comfy with the lighter ’sillier’ reads, including those that require characterisation or an accent. She's a decent mimic.

Like most actors, Helena enjoys the collaboration of a live session and can work via the usual platforms; zoom, skype, teams, google meet. She’s a versatile actress and a reliable talent.
