Lisa Shingler ★

Lisa is a multi-award nominated voice actor and professional actress.

She has excellent comic timing, a natural earthiness, has a knack at the heart felt delivery and has a fantastic range. Lisa is great with accents too and is often booked for her native Yorkshire accent and Neutral English/RP.

Lisa trained on the three year acting course at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama London and has worked extensively as a professional actress. A comedy role opposite Robson Green in the BBC Afternoon Play 'Venus and Mars’ is one of her favourite credits and recently Lisa played Demi Mansfield in the British serial drama, Coronation Street.

As a voice actor she was thrilled to be nominated as ‘Female Voiceover of the Year’ for two consecutive years at the One Voice Awards London and has also received nominations for ‘Best Commercial Performance’ and ‘Best E-Learning Performance.
She’s worked with voice over clients across the globe, from BBC and National Geographic, to Unicef, Uber and Mars and was a continuity voice on mainstream television for many years.

Lisa has worked in a large number of genres of voice over and has a broadcast quality home studio in Brighton but relishes in person recordings at any opportunity.
