Rebecca was born and brought up in Cardiff, South Wales. She trained in 'American Theatre Arts' at Rose Bruford College and then 'Acting for Stage, Screen and Radio' at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

She now resides in East London. She has over a decade of experience as an actor having performed in over 50 theatres across the UK, including The National Theatre, West End, Bristol Old Vic, Bush Theatre, Traverse Theatre, Oxford Playhouse, Bath Theatre Royal and Sherman Cymru.

Recent roles and shows include Nye at The National, Life of Pi at The Wyndhams, Maud Spellbody in the Olivier Winning West End show The Worst Witch and Emilie and Baby Joey in the original War Horse UK Tour. When not acting, she enjoys singing in a Welsh Choir in Borough.
